Warranty On Applicances
I bought a new fridge for a tenant in a 2 family property. Its having some problems and is under warranty. The warranty says it only covers the appliance when used in normal single family use. Does this mean its not warrented in any rentals or does that pertain to something like a rooming house where lots of people use it?
I would argue that what you are describing is indeed in a normal single family situation.
