Hi, my father and I are looking to buy at 5 story commerical property in NYC. I have been looking for phone numbers for REO depts for Chase, Fleet and Citibank in NY. Does anyone have any REO contact points for commerical properties?
Typically how much are the banks willing to work on the price?
Are there any other good methods for looking for good priced properties in NYC?
