Hello, I am new to the forum and was wanting to get some feedback on reputable places online to sell my owner finance real estate note. It is a note for $30,000.00 @ 6.5% interest, buyer fico 700+ 75% LTV. Thank you for any info or experiences you may have, thanks, Mike.
You can sell through a note broker or find a company that advertise that they buy direct. Boston Note (http://www.bostonnote.com/) and Charter Financial www.charternotes.com/mortgage/mortgage_notes.html can give you note quotes with minimal effort. Note brokers will do the same... just fill out their form(s) and they will provide a quote. Generally the more brokers between you and the principal buyer, the less you get.
