Want To Develop MH Park

I want to build a small MH Subdivision or park. I can't seem to find any info on doing this kind of investment along with mistakes to avoid. I've searched yahoo, RE books, etc. Any advice would be appreciated.

I too was looking for some guidance on this subject. Couldn't find any so I went to the horse's mouth. I went and talked to others that had develped property for MH parks. Once I complete mine, I'll write a books and become the Next Carlton Sheets. Just Kidding

    Good Luck and make $$$

are the concepts the same or similar to a townhome, condo or SFR?

    Sewer hookups
    streets
    selling plots or renting/leasing
    association for common maintanence
    minimum parcel size
    zoning issues
    etc.

I think it's a development in general question not specific to MH.

A good approach to this area of the business is to perhaps purchase and sell homes to those that already have Land set up for a MH.

Then you can learn the aspects of finding MH at prices that will allow you to market and make a proffit.

As far as developing a MH park or as some call them communities look at purchasing one already set up or partially set up is good too.

Good way to go there is to find them that might need upgrading to better Homes.

I also recommend purchasing MH's already setup in parks of which you can turn and do a few Lonnie deals, or Hold them and get a feel for managing them.

No matter what though MH good business if you get into it right.
