Want To Buy A Foreclosure & Don't Know Where To Start
I am interested in buying a foreclosure. I have pre-foreclosure information (lis pendens), and I don't know where to go from here. This will be my first home. Please help!!

You need to let the property owner know you have an interest in helping them.
You need to research the subject property.
Most importantly you need to study up on foreclosure investing!
