Walking away from a Mobile Home that is in a Park
I have had a Mobile Home for sale for over an year. I owe more than it is worth and my child is starting school so we are going to rent an apartment. If we walk away what kind of out come can I look forward to?

This home is in a rich suburb of Detroit about 30 miles North. This is one of the reasons for wanting to dump it. It is embarrassing living there in such a rich community.

It is a 1987 Victorian 1 1/2 with new paint, skylights, roof, includes a front Deck and shed. The home is in very good condition. I owe $22,800. and am looking just to pay off the loan. with in the past year I have put about $4000. into the roof, skylights and carpet.
