Very New And Ready To Get Started

I reside in Upstate South Carolina. I am brand new to the REI world. The potential is surreal to me at this point. I never would have realized that this would be such an abundant market. WOW! I was wondering if anyone here may be able to advise me on the most effective way to find other investors in my area. I would be interested in bird-dogging until I can get my feet wet in REI.

    toddm152,

Welcome aboard! The best way to find other investors is to visit your local Real Estate Investing (REI) group.

I did a quick map search on Greer, SC and then looked for Real Estate Investor clubs in your area. Looks like there's one in Greenville and one in Spartanburg on either side of you. These weren't listed in the "Groups" link on TCI here. Just do a Google search on "foothillsreia" and another on "upstatecreia"...the first link in each search will take you to the club websites.

Found a few listings for rental property owner clubs...if they don't have what you're looking for, they probably know where you can turn in your area.
