Does anyone have any statistics on the difference in responce between a truely handwritten letter & a simulated handwritten font from a computer? Mailings to Preforeclosure.
Kind of a late answer to your question but:
I purchased several lots last year by writing to out of town owners. Without exception the owners told me they recieved several postcards or letters a month to sell their property(our little area was hot) and the ONLY reason they replied to mine was that my letters were personal and hand written.
This is of course, time consuming but your reply rate goes up to compensate.
the only way that would be significant would be to have tested it in your market.
Try both of them and see what develops.
