Does any one have a formula on running the value on a 9 unit apartments when there is no comps I have the current net income and projected. What will the lenders look at current or projected? thanks
if there is not a 9-plex, look at what other multi-units are going for on a per unit basis. Also look at the market cap rate and cap out the value.
