Value In This REO?
REO just picked up by the mortgager. Couple of houses down from me. Foreclosed @ $97k worth $100k.
Would rather flip if I could pick it up at a discount. Could re-sell with LO.
It has not been placed on market yet. Would you consider it worth chasing and offering 70 - 75?

any deal where you can make money, is worth pursing, in my eyes, 5k or 30k, money is money. I would definatly persue. Offer 70, let them counter...even if they say 80, you sell it for 95..you just made 15.. I'd say ya
Offer $65,000.00 you can always offer more later if you would like. I like to keep resubmitting the same offer until it is accepted or the house is sold to someone else.
