Vacant Home Ad
I am considering placing an ad in my local paper. The ad will promise to pay a finders fee to anyone who calls me about a vacant home in their neighborhood that I end up purchasing (not in these words of course).
I believe that there are lots of people who know of a vacant properties in their neigborhood and wouldn't mind making some extra money for the cost of a quick phone call to me. I have found vacant properties to be excellent purchase prospects and figure I could save a lot of time drving around locating them if I get people to call me with vacant property addresses.
Has anyone tried an ad like this? Under what section of the paper would you think an ad like this should be placed? Thanks ahead of time for your feedback.
