VA Foreclosure Listing Null And Void!!

I was in the middle of making my first deal when I discovered some unnerving information. My realtor didn't even know about it. The current VA foreclosure listing is void due to the VA contracting out its property management division. No houses are currently available until January 2004. They aren't going to be a bid and accept anymore either. All houses will be listed on the MLS. I wish I would have known earlier I put so much work into this house for reasons I am not going to post on this topic. This was a potential 40k dollar deal for me and my partner. I am so disappointed it isn't funny. I am going out this weekend to find a new project and try again but that is really disconserting.

Good luck everyone. mad

Just wait till January...Submit your offer early, you may be the first one to offer, and have a better chance getting it before someone else does.

Sorry for the loss of a potentially lucrative
transaction. I have a graveyard full of them.

The best advice I was given was--- the road to success requires only 4 things.
    1,Show up
    2.Pay attention
    3.Be honest
4.Be emotionally detached from the outcome.

Good advice from both of you thank you much. I think I need to follow #4 a little more closely and detach from the emotional end. Rookie mistake huh? Good news though I found my next deal today and all ready to put in my offer tuesday.
