Va At Foreclosure Auction

Is there any difference in buying a VA foreclosure vs. a "regular" foreclosure at the foreclosure auction?

yes there is a difference with VA foreclosure after your bid is accepted I think you have 60 days to find finance and sometimes they pay some of your closing cost. with regular foreclosure you bid at the court steps and you pay with certified check

None whatsoever. Other than of course the presence of a color guard and the playing of taps after the auctioneer drops his gavel for the last time.

Mostly these events are conducted due to the default of owners who are not service veterans. Where such a foreclosure is against an actual Veteran in occupancy of the home. There is present a group of elderly men wearing strange peaked caps. They stand in disaproving groups. Stern reminders that while war and taxes are on occasion dismissed, the paying of interest is ongoing and eternal.
