Utah Law? Anyone know?
Hi There,
I am just wondering if anyone knows the law in the state of Utah when it comes to forclosures. I am wondering what the time period is that someone can pull their house out of forclosure proceedings before the sale.
Some states is 24 -48 before the sale etc...

Hey I just found something that will be of use for you later on. It doesnt really have alot to do with you question except you can probably find out the laws concerning forecloure. The site is www.utah.gov it has the tax info and things like that for you to search for.
