Using RE Agents

Was just wondering if using a RE agent as part of most SS deals is better?

They may also know some buyers who could retail to vs a wholesale? Is that reasonable or does the RE agent commission get too much in the way of profits?

Maybe I better marry a RE agent lady and keep it in the family!?

The process for shorting second mortgages can be faster. In the case of first mortgages, I usually allow for 45 to 90 days to get a written approval or rejection from the submission of a completed application. More, if you appeal a rejection.

A pig in a poke, or a sure thing?

The contract is worthless uinless you are pretty darn certain there is short sale feasibility.

Have you done your homework? Do you have the Sellers continued cooperation?

Do you have the ability to close the transaction?

Do you have an exit strategy?
