I have seen this and another website that can get me contact info. for a property. I have dozens of abandoned properties I have found in my farming areas. They are all pretty much row homes. How do i prioritize? I m feeling a bit overwhelmed with this...

man i wish i could find many houses like this. Go to the town hall and look up the name of the person that owns it and then search www.yellowpages.com and try to find their phone number. Call them and ask them if they are willing to sell because you may be interested. That is really the only thing you can do. Or you can mail to the house and hope it gets forwarded
for abandoned or vacants first check to see who owns them, the bank? someone in foreclosure? you can find this out by going to your town hall and looking up the owner. what you then need to do is use a skip tracer service. someone who finds people. i have heard of really good ones that actually find peoples cell phone numbers who have moved to different states. same should go for any good skip tracer.
