Using Business To Buy Office Building
I have some questions about purchasing office space for our family contracting business (gross sales 1.5mil+). We are in the process of laying out a purchase strategy and I wanted to get some input.
The basic plan at this point is to locate an under utilized property that is larger than we actually need, improve the property, use our business as the primary tenant while also leasing the additional space. Once again this our preliminary plan. Does anyone have any experience with this type of deal? If so, where do you recommend we start? It would seem locating a good broker might be the best place. Realizing I have given limited information what are your thoughts?
