Using A Nonporfit Organization
Has anyone ever used a nonprofit group to back or help finance a real estate development project?
I am interested in this, but just need to know if some one can give me some advice befor I get started on this huge project 
Pardon the stupid question, but, how exactly can you make a healthy profit by doing development under non-profit org ?
