USDA Forclosure
Can anyone help me please. I'm considering buying a USDA forclosure. Is there any problems with liens or judgements once I take possesion of the foreclosure. Are there a problems that I am not seeing here. Is the title insurable. Should I be concerned about medical liens or any other liens on the property that the law firm is'nt disclosing at the forclosure sale?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Ask the person in charge of the foreclosure; often they know. I think most FHA foreclosures only give a Quit Claim Deed, which can be a little unsettling. Do your own research; good chance your county is online, you can search by parcel #, address, etc. Should show all recorded documents; it's a reasonable proxy for an official title search, which you might be able to do between the time you win the auction and the day the final 90% or whatever of the funds are due. If you can find any past or recent owner's names, do a web search, call them up, etc. for more info, but don't expect it to be completely reliable.
