What does under contract mean? People say, get a property under contract. Is this the same as purchase :-?
What does under contract mean? People say, get a property under contract. Is this the same as purchase :-?
A property is considered under contract when both the seller and buyer have signed a contract. Since verbal agreements are difficult to enforce in Real Estate, signed contracts are required. As they say, "get it in writing".
