Unauthorize Debit From Checking Account
Can you sue a mortgage company that sends through a debit on your checking account without your authorization ?.
There had been an authorize debit a few months earlier to the mortgage company , and when the mortgage was late a few months later they sent through a debit on checking accout without authorization. Is this legal ?
