Tying Up Your Interest With Mutiple Investors Involved And An End Buyer

tying up your interest with mutiple investors involved and an end buyer.

I am involved in a real estate transaction where there are mutiple investors involved. One investor actually found the property and has power of attorney with the seller

but i found the end buyer who will finance the transaction.

what advice can you provide if i wanted to protect my interest and get paid my assignment fee that i a charging my end buyer.

i suggest a contract with original seller to me notarized and i file an affidavit of memorandum to put a cloud on the title being my contract is the only one recorded.

but are there other ways to protect my interest without the contract being recorded

note the end buyer is using conventional financing so the contract for the bank must be between the original buyer and seller.

please advise

how

L.O.K. where did you learn that creative tactic from?

Very Interesting so what does one do to insure he is protected.

This equation is a little different because the I control the buyer.

But yeah I feel you some title companies will just go around you?

So what is ironclad for one to protect himself.
