Two Weeks To Closing On My First Deal
ok so i found the property, put the assignment in the contract, found a nother buyer, he signed the assignemtn, everything was done amongst attorneys, everything is signed and the closing is set for two weeks from now. it seems like the worst is over but is there anything else which could stop this from going through? im almost 100% sure my buyer is a cash buyer and he wants to level the property for a new multifamuily house, ( which it is zoned for)
