well some of them are in pre-foreclosure. I am sort of new to investing, I have been a bird dog or runner whatever you want to call it for 1 1/2yrs and have been reading every book about pre-foreclosures that i can find. I have been learning alot and am just looking for a little help. I dont know many investors around here so if you have any info that would help.
thanks

Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts, and from the U.S. Party/Case Index.
I am new to this site/forum but I have 15+ years of experience dealing with BK & foreclosure purchases. There are many caveats & they vary state by state but it is also very financially rewarding type of investing once you learn the ropes.
