Truth About Tax Deeds
I have been given advice from a very successful friend telling me not to do tax deeds in texas. That it is not worth it. Can anyone share their opinion. Has anyone had great success dong this. I trust this man, bc he is very successful and wealthy.
I need some honest advice, I would really appreciate it. I live in TExas

Thanks for your reply. He is a well know author actually. You probably have read his book. I am almost sure you have. He made his money from it. I live in texas. We have tax deeds not tax liens here. I have the money to invest, I just am skeptical about it. I would be using it as an avenue to make more money. I would just like some honest advice about how much money people are either making or loosing here.
