Trustee On Deed Of Trust

Is it possible that the trustee on a lenders deed of trust is the same as the owner of the lending institution?

Does this not constitute a conflict of interest? I have a property with an existing lien by one of those low income lenders that charge ridiculous rates and prey on the the uninformed. The owner of the lending company made herself the trustee and now are threatening a quick foreclosure. I always thought that the trustee needed to be an independent third party.

Is this grounds for challenging the foreclosure?

When I file my tax return, I elect the option of direct depositing my refund to my bank account. I e-file my return and the refund comes within ten days after the IRS accepts my return..

The IRS will direct deposit to a third party account.

If your homebuyer balks about direct depositing to your account, how about opening a joint account with your homebuyer and having him use that account to deposit the refund? I believe you can even get your refund direct deposited to a debit card account.

The refund schedule for 2009 tax returns is three weeks for e-filed returns when a check is mailed; six weeks if a complete and correct tax return is submitted by mail.

Amended 2008 tax returns have to be mailed in and it is now taking about 20 weeks for the IRS to process a refund.
