True Or False?
I am ready to get into RE, I don't care which techinque I use. I'll work them all.
I was interested in rehabbing a property a keeping it for a rental. But, I am being told that a investor can only have five at a time(loans that is). I don't know if their trying to discourage me or what. If I'm going to be a private RE investor what's wrong with wanting to keep a few of my properties. I'm not worried about the tenants, that's what everyone keeps telling me " they will mess your house up and break all the windows out." I fell if you respect people they will respect you back. And don't rent to the first person you meet.
If anyone could give me some insight and incouragement I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks so much,
Wendi
in tn. there is no legal limit as to how many you have. you may have trouble with loan co.'s but you can steer around that...kenmax

*Huh! You are living in a dream world. Tenants destroy properties about 90% of the time. Be sure to get credit apps, references and a background check before you rent to anybody.
hi. wendi....no i rehabb. and sell. i don't like to deal with renters have before...kenmax
Sounds like you're more interested in rental property. Have you thought about purchasing a dupley or fourplex to increase the amount of rentals without increasing the amount of properties?
