True Beginer In Need Of Serious Help
This may be a rare occation that someone such as myself and my husband attempt to start investing in property with absolutely no money. We are terribly sick of living our lives without a good reason to wake up in the morning besides our 16 month old daughter. We have considered both flipping and Lease Purchase options. Any help that can be given would be very appreciated.
We live in Phoenix AZ. We both work 8-6 in administrative jobs. We are both veterans and hope to give our daughter everything we never had.
Thank you,
Gary and Jamie
If you are considering filliping and lease options in your carrier as an investor you will first need to seek out an education on both forms of investing.
You will not learn all the IN's and OUT'S by posting or reading post. This forum will be a great source of guidance but without a proper education on the subject forms of investing your success will be hampered somewhat.

We have purchased a book on each subject. We have read over each, taken notes and have done our best to learn whatever we can. What I am looking for the most is connections. We are ready and willing to put the work in. We just need to find help. Thank you for the advice.
Jamie

A good place to start is to locate real estate for other investors - John Locke as a great book on this area and you can go to the bird dog forum on TCI to learn more about this as well.
Good luck and let us know how your success goes.

Great Advice!! We just need something to get started. I hope there are a few Angels such as yourself here in Phoenix.
Thank you again,
Jamie
I am not looking to mentor anyone. I would be willing to talk to you, and share a few of the contacts I have made if you'd like. You may PM me if you wish.
Good luck,
Jeff
I'm sorry, I don't know what PM means. I really appreciate it. What kind of investing do you do?
PM means Private message. If you click on my profile on the bottom of this post, a new page will come up with an option to send me a private message.
My partners and I have purchased a couple of foreclosures, we like Subject 2, and are currently looking for a junker to rehab.
I'm not a full memeber so I can't do that, hmmm. Well, here is my e-mail address. We would be happy to assist you.
