Transferring A Property To An LLC...
I have started an LLC with a few other investors and we are about to complete our first deal. I have read about the pro's and con's of transferring a property into an LLC but what I really wanted to know is how long does this process generally take?
I am aware that there is a discrete way this can be done (Land Trust then Quit Claim Deed) or you can just transfer it from the investor to the LLC (Quit Claim Deed) but no one ever says if this is a lenghty process or not.

Creation of trust, then assignment of interest in the trust...or deed to new buyer...both can be done inside a day.
Neither is a lengthy process, once the lawyer knows what's to be done & drafted.
