Transfer Of Investment Properties.

I have a question for some of you Real Estate investors. My wife and I are just starting to invest. We are going to be purchasing 4 properties within a couple of weeks to start our portfolio. My question is how and who must be notified of transfering these purchases from my wife to my company which is a LLC. This is to protect ourselves and limit our losses incase of a lawsuit. My wife is the one signing the paperwork for the financing because she is a w-2'd wage earner and we can get better financing this way.     Lender is the only one who needs to know how title will be vested and of course title company. You can actually get them in LLC name as you purchase with the lenders approval then there would be no need to transfer from wife to LLC. If thus is how you prefer to do it then just get a deed drawn and have it recorded at the courthouse. Hope I helped a bit
