I've seen them, too, John. I think the big difference in posts are the way the are written.
Example: If someone simply says "find a prepaid legal service" without giving a website, number, email me for more info, etc. I chalk it up as an opinion.
However, if any form of ad or sales pitch, like mentioned above, is included, I either edit it out or delete the post.
Being a natural skeptic (when I'm not being a natural sucker) I'm suspicious whenever, whereever I see any reference to PPL, as those hotly involved tend to "drop" it everywhere...and of course it's NEVER (!) meant as an ad!
