Touching bases with my fellow Birddogs
I have ordered Ca$h's book for bird dogs. It's pretty darn good I have people who want properties, but I need sellers to respond. I plan on hitting my targeted sellers hard with postcards (some of the phone numbers can't be found) I'm finding that letters are too exspensive instead of 37cent I can do better with 25cent and when your doing 100 or more it adds up. Who should I get to print my post cards? Should I do them myself? Is there a website? Also I want to learn more about Sub2 deals. Is there a book I should read? I'm not ready to order a program for a few hundred bucks just yet. I want to read a book or e-book on it. Or even just check out a website. Hey happy hunting everyone!!
Hi, Thanks for the review on John's e-book. I'm thinkin' I need to buy it. People who like the bird dog book also like his subject to material, though I've no first hand knowledge.
Separately, I've also seen that some birddogs actually put together a package of material that they deliver to prospects' homes. I thought I'd give that a shot, too. What do you think of this idea?
www.usps.com Check it out! You can mail postcards with postage for an average price of $.27

i'm out in the field birdogging now and i can tell you that after john locke's e-book get his sub-to manual and go for it, that's all i've used and i'm in there mixing it up with motivated and not-so-motivated sellers and gathering up a network of investors, getting to know the investors who are doing deals and staying away from the "seminar-junkies"
Thanks everyone for your response. John had suggested the usps for post cards but I was wondering if I would have to handwrite each one. The idea about dropping off the packages pesonally to the owners sounds pretty good to me if they are in your area. Well everyone happy hunting!
