Top 10 Daily Action-Steps
Hey folks,
My wife and I are newbies. We have access to the MLS, and a "We Buy Houses" ad in the paper. We have not done our first deal yet and feel like we need to get organized with a daily plan of action.
If you could do 5-10 tasks each day to develop a pipe-line of deals, what would those tasks be?

i am in the early stages of investing,but the things that have been of important to me have been
1.networking
just meeting,and talking to other investors and realtors can get you lots of ins if you dont already have them...as well as this site is the best ive found yet.
2.making phone calls on property you see in papers,even if your not ready to put an offer on one,get a feel for the people and situations,learn to be simpathetic,it will help them to be at ease with you.
and 3. keep reading where ever you have time,you can never know enough,and even when you do its good to have reminders.

Join your local REIA and attend their meetings. This has provided us with a wealth of information and some great contacts too.
