I'm so pleased for you. There's a tear in my one good eye. It reminds me of a scene from a James Cagney black 'n white movie. As he's leaving the "joint" the warden say, "You'll be back". Well, I'm telling you, "Never go back".

Let us know how you're doing in the "free world". Much success to you.

    realestatedork,

you are my hero. i'm just getting started. i'm much too smart to quit my job now, but god, do i want to! i make well over $100k, but would really like my life back, as my job just too stressful and time-consuming. i'm going nowhere, get no respect, and feel less and less valuable every day.

what kind of rei have you been involved in that has allowed you to be so successful? was the job that you're quitting full time? how did you find the time to do rei? that's my number one problem right now - just not enough time!

congratulations, and the best of luck to you! i dream about the day i can do the same!

    take care,
