can anyone recommend a investor friendly title company in the pensacola, florida area?-----i. e. a title company that can handle a double close?----------without any problems--thanks
Try Terri Kitchens at First American title on Airport. She may be able to handle that. She has handled properties we have had in trust agreement without a hitch, and we went through a bunch of cos. before we found her.
The only RE blogs I have found are just advertisements for products they are selling. Ditto here. Too many RE brokers and realtors with too much time on their hands make the blog space untenable, for me at least. Good question, though. Let us know if you find one...

That blog makes my eyes cry for mercy. I could only read for 30 seconds before I had to bail out. scostell you are not supporting your argument that the blog ship has not sailed with that hot pink nightmare.

The blog is about the content and learning from the experience of the writer, not about what the blog "Looks" like.

I just stumbled upon it a few days ago. It is well-written and details his experiences from starting out as a newbie investor to creating more and more streams of passive income. I also appreciate that he describes any referenced concepts or terms.
I use bayside title they are in palm beach gardens but they cover the whole state. Look them up and ask for jackie.
