Timeshare Procedure?

I wanted to know if anyone knew how to advise me on where to start in regards to turning a single family property into a time share ?

Thank you in advance for your feedback

Maybe you could start by renting the home by the week via ebay or craigslist. Once the family has had a nice enjoyable week in your home, you could approach them on the idea of having that "week" every year.

    Just a thought...

I think the weekly or monthly rental if the best idea. Every timeshare story I have heard has been bad.

A buddy has a condo in Palm Springs and rents it from oct-march or April. That rent more than pays for the year of his costs

Timeshares are frought with problems, and regulations. You are better off renting it privately assuming it is in a place that is in demand. There are a number of websites designated to this. Seach google for rental by owner, etc.
