Time Of Year

Being new to this investing I am wondering if the coming Fall season and Winter will be serious problems in getting investment property sold or will I have to hold on to them for a longer period of time?

I generally do not worry about the time of year when buying or selling my deals. But if you are that hesitant then you better jump into this slowly.

A good deal is still a good deal regardless of the season we are in!

    Best of luck

I think that in the Midwest, winter is a good time to buy and spring through fall a good time to sell. Just my opinion. Of course way down south in IN winter might not be a big deal.

In the SF bay area, I find the best time to buy is between Thanksgiving and into January. The only people with their homes on the market then are really motovated. You can break price and/or get terms.

Anytime of the year is a good time to make money.
If you find a deal, then people will be beating down your door for it. No matter what part of the year it is in.
