Thourough Lease Option Program Search
I have been reading everything that I can get my hands on about th science of the L/O, but I am not getting the nitty gritty of the process. Can anyone refer me to a tried and true course for L/O, that I wont have to re-fi my home to afford? 
I find it amazing that almost nobody writes a well organized, easy to understand, and comprehensive book on many of the current real estate stratigies, but they don't. My first year in real estate I could not believe that people paid several hundred dollars for book and tapes from the gurus. But since then I have searched the library, bookstores, and www.amazon.com and have found nothing that is as good as the top guru's.
If you find something let me know. I personally use the Vena Jones-Cox and Wendy Patton material.
