Found a great Sub To house and had the deal all worked out. $10 bucks to hold $1990 at close.
At our first meeting did the presentation they were on board, Wanted $3000 and a short close. Did some talking set the deal as you see here.
They were to fax me copies of statements and insurace info etc. Hadn't seen it called they said will send on such and such day. Sent me everthing but statements. Asked if they were behind on payments. No way we are current. Ok send payment statements and lets get the paper work done.
I did what has been preached. I went to the court house and check the title....
SURPRISE...... The bank filed a NOD last week. They have started the foreclosure. Now my easy simple deal has changed. How ever by doing my research first I saved myself a few headaches.
