What state are you living in?

Foreclosure laws differ , but they ALL offer you a day in court to explain your position before your home is sold.

And homeowners are usually given the benefit of the doubt if there are issues of fact. Good luck.

If my house were on the line, I would hire an attorney ASAP.

this may help, they had to advertise and notify.
    Get another attorney.

they are your standard stop foreclosure site, but some decent info, also the .gov site is more detailed.

It would be wise to get an attorney. Please make sure you have all of you infomation correct and organized for the attorney to view.

They can not fight for you if you do not have a case.

You may want to contact the courthouse or your mortgage company to see if a foreclosure notice was sent via mail.

Just make sure you did not over look anything before you battle begins!

    Best of Luck!
