Theodore Hansson
I'm just getting interested in the Note buying part of investing and wonder if anyone has tried the Theodore Hansson instruction course? If so, how long did it take to see any results from using his methods. I am in Southern California and have been working on pre-foreclosures but want to branch out.

I have taken a look at his course about 6 years ago. I can't really tell you how good or bad it was, because quite frankly, I can't remember.
From what I do remember, is that he wanted to use people to find deals that he would partner with them to do it.

I purchased his course and it reminds me of what my GrandParents you get
exactly what you pay for!
I believe in these economic times if you sell anything involving make money on / with real estate or make $10,000 a week we will give you the money you will become verrry wealthy, so far I have submitted 5 notes to their specifications and not one has closed what I have learned in the note business most sellers want a price quote in a couple of hours it takes them 3-4 days to just give you a price holy smoke each time I called the seller back they had sold or worse did not even want to talk to me.
So for $40 bucks you get what you pay for
and it will give you a small overview of the note business,I have been told by experienced buyers he is selling thousand of courses a month and maybe is unable to handle all the new ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's*** hope this helps.
