I'm just getting started.
I've managed to eek out 2 deals in the last 8 months. Each of which made some $$ but neither are worth bragging abut.
However, EVERYTHING in my protfolio of REI strategies has come from www.tcinvestor.com. And I KNOW I'm on the right path!
Yeah...I spent a lot of educational money getting the details of a specific strategy.
Yeah...the gurus were all relatively expensive. (With John Locke being the notable exception)
BUT I never would have known about most of these ideas were it not for www.tcinvestor.com.
I have always been a great fan of stratgey games.
Monopoly. Risk. Empire.
Creative REI is better and much more fun. And it pays REAL MONEY!

Stick with it - everything that is worthwhile takes time, and the bigger the challenge the greater the reward. What I'm struggling with right now is that I think I've got all the knowledge I need and now it's time to put up or shut up for me. I need to get out there and put everything into action. I spent a considerable amount of money on materials and what not so there's not a doubt in my mind that I'm going to succeed at this. I'd actually feel guilty about having all this knowledge and not applying it. The only possible downside to all this is that I found this website after I had purchased all my materials. I'm interested in seeing John's Sub2 course as I've read many positives about it.
