Than Merrill Marketing Seminar?
Im thinking about going to a 4-day marketing seminar that Than merrill from "Flip this House" is hosting. Its quite steep in the cost ($3,500) but I might be willing to dish it out?
Has anyone ever gone to one of these? If so what were your thoughts?
the content is pretty good. They do bring in alot of outside speakers that will try to upsell you!!

My advice, go to the library and/or book store and read all you can. Most seminars are strictly for making money by giving just enough and pumping you up to go to the next one. I went to free ones and ordered the free tapes and info, but stayed away from paying, read a lot, did a few slow fix ups on personal residence and then when I thought I was ready, jumped in. Worked for me. Would not do it any different. Still reading and learning. This site and others doing same have helped with each time I have stepped deeper. Best of luck with however you proceed!
