You will find my opion a little one-sided, I have been teaching rei for some time.
Ask your self how did your truly learn in your youth by books or teachers.
The truth is both. A teacher will bring to life what the words are trying to say.
You really need both, but the decision is up to you. Just weigh the opions of others and make the best decision for you.
