Texas Tax Deed Information.

Im pretty new here and been reading all the good post from everyone but still have questions. I am moving to Texas and need to know a little about the tax deed sales there. When you win the bid for the tax deed you have 6 months on the homestead (correct). I was wondering after the 6 months and they dont get it redeemed do I still have to get an attorney to do a ( quit or quiet deed) ( whats the diffrence?). I would like for the land to just get redeemed for now but I want to be prepared for anything.



I know it sounds stupid but if I dont ask I really wont know. What is the diffrence when I see people write quit deed claim and quiet deed claim. Im pretty new at this so any help is a lot of help to me. Thanks everyone.
