Texas And Foreclosure Sale Surplus
Who can get the surplus resulting from the mortgage foreclosure sale? Can I ask the bank to pay for part year taxes or HOA dues or pay HOA liens? The property I bought due to bidding activity went a little over 6K above banks minimum bid / asking price. Thanks
