Terrified
ok i have recently passed my states real estate licensing test so all i have to do is look for a broker to employ me and i have one in mind. My problem is i think i want to do real estate investing now. I have saved a little money and i have a little support from family members.But I am terrified to put my money on the line Where do i start? With the license, or with the investing. :-o
I agree -if you are too scared now then the best option is to put your mind at ease - start working in the field as a realtor and you wll soon be able to see all the "good" and "bad" of REI.
What you will find out is that the "good" is very doable and the "bad" was usually caused by poor planing or bad decisions. Learn for the mistakes.
In time you will be better at ease and able to jump in.
