Have you done a search on this forum for TN or tennessee?
You could start reading the annotated statutes related to the collection of delinquent property taxes in your state at the local law library. You can allso search for websites by those who conduct such sales, typically the county tax collector or treasurer's office. Some counties will have lots of good information, some won't.

I'm new to this site also but I live in Nashville . Try the web site www.taxsalelists.com.It will tell you when the things are and they have all the info about our state and the contact names numbers and everything for sale
there. The lists are free. Good luck .
