TenantStream
I used this service recently to advertise an available lease option property. I saw their banner ad, I believe on TCI for a 3 day "free" period. I signed up on Sep 22, got about 60 old leads, and of the 5 that actually met my criteria, not a single one was still looking. I missed my 3 day window to cancel, so was charged the $59.00. I filled the property through a newspaper ad and e-mailed tenantstream to cancel my services on 10/2. Get this, she said since they need 30 days notice, she will cancel me on 11/2 and charge me another $59.00!!! My advice, stay far away from this company. Not only that, I have not received a single lead other than the original old ones. I hope my experience saves someone else from this....I should have just used TCI.

I signed up in part because it was being advertised on TCI. I was immediately suspicious of their claims because I have never seen any of their purported advertising in my city. Here is my email describing the situation:
Please be advised that I am cancelling my service to TenanStream on November 5th, 2006. On November 3rd I attempted to sign up but did not get a confirmation email of the enrollment or the 26 Vital Landlord Reports that were promised. I sent an email to this effect on the 3rd to your support department and did not get a reply. I received a lead today on the 5th, but I was not provided with a password so it is worthless.
As a result of this and negative comments on your service on investor forums I am cancelling during my 3-day trial period and contacting American Express immediately to deny any attempt at charging my account.
Here is their response regarding lead dates:
We do not have the date the advertising lead becomes available listed for our customers. The lead is given to you exclusively for two weeks, and then it becomes non-exclusive so that other people can work on them.
