My tenant emailed this problem with my rental property. Has anyone experienced a problem like this before? Does it sound like a problem with the circuit breakers?

Get an Electrician immediatelly,it sounds like you need more breakers and higher watts. DO IT NOW.
I would not waste any time in getting an electrician out there. Sounds like there is a serious problem somewhere and it needs to be checked out and corrected before it gets more serious.
If there is not time to get an electrician?
Pull the main breaker and shut it down. REALLY!
In that sentence he meant........get an electrician out there now, not that he would be wasting time. Regional differences in the reading?
I have had a similar experience. The plugs falling out is just that the recepticals are old. Have the tenant pick one or two key recepticals and have the electrician replace those. The shorting is probably that the outlet is not properly wired. Definately get an electrician out there. It could be something simple.
